Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide strategies for developing creativity and innovation in multi-grade and integrated classes. In this research, a descriptive-survey method has been used to answer the research questions. The statistical population of this research includes primary school teachers in Sari in the academic year 1399-1400.According to Cochran's formula, 74 people were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect the required data in this research. Its content validity was confirmed based on the opinion of management experts and its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha test of 0.851. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data.Chi-square was used in the descriptive part of statistical characteristics and in the inferential part in order to answer the research questions. The results in question one to four (objectives, content, teaching method, method of evaluating the optimal curriculum model for multilevel and integrated classes for creativity and innovation of elementary students) showed that the views of the subjects in three components Knowledge, attitude and skill have been meaningful together. Also, thinking humanely, scientifically planning and practicing education in the integrated approach, separating the norm of forming one-grade classes from multi-grade and integrated classes, being an expert in writing and not being the author of a book editing organization. A lesson is one of the most important suggestions of the present research.
