Abstract
Effective and efficient management and organization in multi-grade classrooms is one of the issues to be considered in these classrooms; Because many students have to spend hours of the day silently and aimlessly in a corner of the classroom so that the teacher can teach to another group of students, according to this issue, the present study was conducted to investigate the management strategies and organization of multi-grade elementary schools. Due to the nature and nature of the present study, the method used is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library and text analysis; The work process includes: subject selection, determining entry and exit criteria, determining search strategy using tools available in databases and related standard keywords, determining sources of data collection, selecting studies, evaluating quality, extracting data, analyzing and presenting results That is the final stage. The findings of this study showed that, on the one hand, preparing and justifying parents, recognizing students, and creating an ethical atmosphere in the school and classroom, helps the multi-grade teacher to manage his / her classroom properly to improve the teaching-learning process. On the other hand, strategies for managing and organizing multi-grade classes include the arrangement and manner of students sitting, organizing groups and activities in the classroom, time management in the classroom, etc. Finally, it is suggested that the teacher adjusts these variables to students with a minimum Encourage attention, supervision, guidance and involvement in learning.
